Lake & Lys - Cross the Line

Chris Lake and Marco Lys join forces for their first studio album ‘Cross The Line’ which includes some amazing tracks, from the classic ‘La Tromba Risin’ to brand new unreleased material that is sure to blow you away.

So how did the album come about you ask? Well, for the past 5 years Chris Lake is a name that has become synonymous in house music. As a DJ he’s travelled the globe. As a producer, he’s topped industry charts over and over again. Simply put, he’s become one of the greatest DJ/Producers in the world.

Together with production partner Marco Lys, whose reputation has been forged on endless days in the studio perfecting his unique sound of electro tinged house, they combine forces with spectacular results.
The album itself is a blend of house unique to Chris and Marco’s signature sounds. Disco infused beats, big hands in the air build-ups; classic mesmerising melodies and groovy bass lines make this album something for everyone with a track for every dance floor.

They bring us the title track ‘Cross The Line’ which is a classic Lake & Lys floor filler, which includes a massive riff that builds and builds superbly into a release of fresh energy. The two artists always combine in a magnificent way and there’s no exception here, ‘Cross The Line’ is a track that’s sure to get dance floor’s across the globe going crazy, a great DJ tool.

On remix duty is Brazil’s latest addition, Wehbba. He provides us with an outstanding remix of high quality that lives up to the standard of his first album ‘Full Circle’. He takes ‘Cross The Line’ and transforms it into his own by adding his signature bouncy drums and spicy bass lines combined with the original riff to make this a bouncy dance floor banger.
